Discourse and Dialogue

In the midst of trying times in our society, we as individuals are struggling to build capacity for dialogue.  Our offerings are designed to help with the “pre-work” for dialogue, with a specific focus on interrogating of biases, greater understanding for individuals about the triggers that prevent individuals from leaning into conversation, and leading through time of political and socio-political crisis.
